Peponi... it's paradise!

And they aren’t lying! We had a beautiful weekend at Peponi… a beautiful resort on the coast of the Indian Ocean.

This beautiful banda was ours for the weekend… Rebekah was so excited that it had a canopy bed in it… until all the bugs were on it that night. :O)

We got to go snorkeling for the first time! It was AWESOME! Unfortunately, we did not have an underwater camera to show all the amazing fish we saw! On the list were tiger fish, sea stars, flounders, clown fish, pretty yellow fish, a huge spotted fish, and a whole bunch of others that we didn’t know the name of. :O)

We had lunch on this sand bar about a mile off shore. The tide came in pretty quick, so we didn’t have a lot of time to dilly dally. It was pretty fun watching this island disappear before our eyes. :O)

While on the sand bar, we did have time to snorkel around and collect a few shells… just a few though :O)

After our exhausting snorkeling trip, the boys all wanted to relax on a hammock… they all chose the same hammock so I doubt it was all too relaxing. :O)
