Another stop that had nothing to do with the footsteps of Paul nor John was Troy! But since we were there... might as well!
Troy was rebuilt a few times... these are the ruins of the Troy quite a few after the "horse." One of the really cool features of the wall is that they did a Zig-Zag entry into the city so that battering rams wouldn't work. Brilliant!



As you can see, it's a bunch of ruins... but pretty ruins at that!
Here is a small theater...
And us in front of the horse... the ACTUAL horse! Or then again... maybe not. As our tour guide pointed out, this would have been a silly design for the horse since there are windows on it. That wouldn't make for deceiving the Trojans very well. :O)
