La Quiete Rei

We made some wondeful friends with Alberto , Anna, and Carlo who are the proprietors of an absolutely gorgeous refurbished 16th century home in the hills of the Marche region! It's nearest town is Cagli and it is a wonderful retreat! We highly recommend it for the following reasons...

1) The views are breathtaking!
2) The 8 guestrooms are elegant and comfortable!
3) The attention to detail in every corner is amazing!
4) The beautiful patio!
5) The cozy living room with hearth!
6) The sprawling land to explore around it!
7) The location... it's wonderfully quiet, but close to some amazing places to see!
8) The price is AMAZING! After traveling throughout Italy, we know the prices are ultra-competitive... especially as breakfast and dinner are included!
9) Speaking of food... oh my goodness! Wow! The best food so far on the trip! And it was "real" food! It is hard to order off of a menu when you have no idea what to order. So, this was an amazing treat to have food that Italians eat served to us!
10) And the absolutely best part of La Quiete Rei is the people! Alberto, Anna, and Carlo were amazing hosts. We laughed, sang (some of us more poorly than others), and laughed some more!
